Please note. Toilets and a generator can be sourced through Java for a combined cost of approximately £2,000 for both, including delivery.

Our planning and on the day event management is usually £1,500. Book our paying bar for your guests and it's included free.
We allow you to bring one welcome drink per guest and one bottle each of red and white per table, or the equivalent of 2 drinks per person. We'll provide all the glassware, staffing and refrigeration for these free of charge.
Our most exclusive and fully immersive experience, reserved for couples who want every detail handled to the very highest standard. Your own exclusive planner curates your whole day with you, including a full itinerary breakdown that we work on with you to create your perfect day, and you'll have access to us at any time, whenever you need us. We book, liaise with, manage and pay all of your suppliers on your behalf. One payment to us, and the rest is ours to take care of.
We fully style your tipis for you, working exclusively with you and our florist so the flowers, furniture, lighting and finishing touches come together as one considered design. You simply walk in on the day and see it finished.
You'll be fully supported throughout your wedding experience and your wedding week, from our crew arriving on site to the last of the team leaving after take down, with your site left completely clear. On the day itself, you'll be fully supported from start to finish, leaving the two of you free to immerse yourselves completely in your wedding.

This is just an example. We can create the Platinum Package for whatever your guest numbers are.
Transparent from the start. Your date never changes the price, so a summer Saturday costs the same as any other day. Book your other suppliers (catering, flowers, music) yourself with our guidance, or choose our Platinum Package. One payment to us and we book, manage and pay every supplier for you.
A £1,000 deposit secures your date. We then take a 40% interim payment 12 months before your wedding, with the remaining balance due 12 weeks before the day. If you need some flexibility on that final payment, just talk to us and we'll see what we can do.
Delivery is £400 for every 30 mile radius from Hereford. So within 30 miles it's £400, up to 60 miles it's £800, and so on. We travel all over the UK, and your quote will show the exact delivery cost for your location.
Our tipis are fully waterproof, so there's nothing extra you have to add. If the weather isn't being kind to you, we have panoramic panels and doors to close the tipis in, but you don't always need them. We make the call with you on the day our trailers are loaded, so there's no need to commit in advance. You can also add heaters if you require them. Whether you'll want either may depend on the time of year and the temperature, and we'll happily help you decide.
Absolutely. You can book your own suppliers and pay them directly, with recommendations from us. Or, if you'd rather not, choose our Platinum Package and we'll book, manage and pay every supplier for you, all through one payment.
We fully support every couple and are always happy to give advice, whether or not you have our mobile bar. Full planning and on the day management are free when you book our mobile bar, can be added on their own as on the day event management, and come with our Platinum Package. Your planner works with you from booking. If your planner can't manage the day itself, one of our expert event managers will run it for you, and we'll introduce you well in advance.
