We truly believe once you have visited these magically enchanting venues you’ll fall in love as much we did on our first visit.

We are so excited to be working with Zena and Les, along with their sons, Tom and Louis. Like us, they are a passionate family-run business, and it’s a joy to collaborate with people who share our values.
Winsley Park Farm is a beautiful, tranquil and secluded venue, tucked away in the heart of rural Herefordshire. Perched at the head of a peaceful valley with glorious views, it offers a truly unique setting for your wedding day.
Between us, we are offering a bespoke wedding experience, tailored entirely to your wishes, set within extensive grounds that include two serene lakes.
Tom and Louis are on hand to craft a bespoke bar experience that suits your celebration perfectly and Zena can cook up a breakfast storm the morning after your big day in The Lodge which seats 40 people.
We provide full event management, ensuring that no stone is left unturned and every detail is taken care of, so you can simply relax and enjoy the celebration.
The venue includes elegant accommodation for 8 guests in luxurious king-sized bedrooms, each with its own en-suite. To add to the experience, guests are welcome to camp onsite. You can choose to use our recommended bell tent company for a touch of luxury, or bring your own tents for a more traditional camping vibe.

Welcome to The Cider Mill! This charming Airbnb, set on a-working farm, with accommodation for up to 25 guests over two neighbouring properties with beautifully designed bedrooms. This is the perfect venue for gatherings with friends and family.

Long Coppice Campsite is the home of JAVA Tipis. We love working with PJ and Sonya who own the site. Their son, James, got married in our tipis in 2023 to his beautiful wife, Josie and what a day they had!
The beauty of us working at Long Coppice is if we are missing something or need to add a little something, it’s 100m to the unit where we house all of our kit!
Long Coppice offers you total versatility when it comes to your wedding. We have a huge field where you can house your tipis and the field next door offers you electric pitches for camping.
Make the most of our shower facilities during your stay, perfect for those overnight guests. And why not cook up a breakfast the next morning and laugh over stories of the day before.
We are located 5 miles outside of Hereford.
Long Coppice is £2000 plus VAT for the weekend hire and we work with you on a bespoke package designed just for you!
White Heron Properties

For tipi weddings, The Sherriffs is perfect. This property sleeps 18 and you can erect a tipi on the beautifully manicured lawns. Again, our little black book will come in handy to help you plan your special day.
If you were to take the whole estate all of the properties combined can sleep 61 guests!
The cost of the various properties can be passed on to your guests and if you were to hire all of the properties it would include the use of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and squash court.
At White Heron, Prestige Bars & Event Management operate the mobile bar and will be onsite which comes as part of the package…. at no extra cost to you.
If you book The Sherriffs, this includes the event management and co-ordination on the day through to the clear up of the site. We will work with you on budgets, itineraries, assist in which suppliers would be best suited for you, and all the while taking the stress away from you at NO EXTRA COST.

We’ve teamed up with Melissa at Pauntley Court to offer you a variety of stunning options for your tipi setup.
Pauntley Court, the birthplace of Dick Whittington (1352), is a romantic, historic family home that provides a private, unique venue for your wedding or special celebration.
Located in Gloucestershire, near the Worcestershire and Herefordshire borders, the estate features a beautiful Norman Church, formal gardens, and breathtaking views of the lake and River Leadon Valley. It’s perfect for an intimate wedding of up to 40 guests, or a tipi reception for up to 150.
You can choose to site your tipis with a view of the lake or by the water for a truly enchanting experience.
Broadfield Court

We’ve partnered with Helen & John, Francis & Alex at Broadfield Court to offer you a bespoke wedding package that’s totally unique.
Broadfield Court is a stunning historic venue set in beautiful gardens, offering breathtaking views and elegant interiors. For larger weddings, you can host your celebration in a tipi on the lawn, with JAVA Tipis creating a gorgeous space.
The Broadfield bar is included, or we can serve from your tipi or marquee. Guests can enjoy the gardens, croquet, and picture-perfect rose garden.
RedBank Barns

Redbank is a stunning rustic barn venue set within 4 acres of tranquil private grassland in Herefordshire.
This licensed location is ideal for ceremonies and offers essential amenities such as toilets and power.
With a spacious barn and distinctive features, you can elevate your event with a chill-out tipi, our unique ceremony canopy, or even a silent disco space.

Make It Unique
Alternatively, if you LOVE a tipi as much as we do but do not want the expense of a venue, have you thought about hiring a village hall that allows you to have a tipi/marquee on the grounds? This way you can hire a village hall for minimal costs, have a ‘WOW’ factor wedding, and it also eliminates the costs of generators, outside toilets and catering facilities. We love watching guests arrive at a tipi wedding when they think they are attending a village hall!
We're also happy to travel to private land, farms, fields, orchards and back gardens to create that perfect venue right on your doorstep.
