We've worked at a lot of places over the years. Some were good. Some were great.

Winsley Park Farm

Dinmore, Herfordshire

Tucked away in the heart of rural Herefordshire, Winsley Park Farm is the kind of place that makes people go quiet when they first see it. Perched at the head of a peaceful valley with two serene lakes and views that go on forever, it's a truly special backdrop for a truly special day.

This is a proper family-run venue - Zena, Les, Tom and Louis are as passionate about what they do as we are, which is exactly why we love working with them. Tom and Louis will craft a bespoke bar experience just for you, and Zena's legendary morning-after breakfast in The Lodge (seats 40) is reason enough to book the accommodation alone.

Speaking of which - eight guests can stay in luxurious king-sized en-suite bedrooms, with additional camping on site for the rest of the crew. Bell tents available if you want to keep the luxury going.

We handle full event management, they handle the venue magic, and together we'll make sure your day is completely, utterly unforgettable. Located just 11 miles outside of Hereford.

The Cider Mill

A working farm, two gorgeous neighbouring properties, accommodation for up to 25 guests, and countryside views that were practically made for a Java tipi. The Cider Mill is the kind of venue that feels like a proper getaway - relaxed, charming, and completely away from it all.

With spacious event grounds, full parking, and a dedicated camping area for tents and campervans, there's plenty of room for the whole crew to arrive, stay, and celebrate in style. The beautifully designed bedrooms mean nobody has to go home when the party's done - and trust us, nobody will want to.

This one's personal. Long Coppice is the home of Java Tipis - the place where we started, the place we know better than anywhere, and the place we genuinely love coming back to.

PJ and Sonya have been with us from the beginning, and when their son James married the brilliant Josie here in 2023, well - let's just say we pulled out all the stops.

The best bit about Long Coppice?

If we've forgotten something or want to add a little extra magic, our entire kit is literally 100 metres away. Handy doesn't even cover it.

A huge field for your tipis, electric camping pitches next door, shower facilities for overnight guests, and the kind of setting that makes morning-after breakfasts feel like part of the celebration.

Five miles outside of Hereford, and available from £2,000 plus VAT for a weekend hire - with a bespoke package built entirely around you.

White Heron Properties

If you're looking for something truly special, White Heron delivers in style. The Sherriffs sleeps 18 and comes with beautifully manicured lawns that are absolutely made for a Java tipi - elegant, spacious, and stunning in every direction.

Want to go bigger? Hire the whole estate and you've got sleeping accommodation for 61 guests, plus access to a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and squash court. Yes, really. Pass the property costs on to your guests and suddenly everyone's staying - and nobody's complaining.

The mobile bar is handled on site as part of the package at no extra cost, and if you book The Sherriffs, full event management and coordination is included from planning right through to clear up - again, at absolutely no extra cost. We'll work with you on budgets, itineraries and suppliers, and take every bit of stress off your plate so you can actually enjoy the whole thing.

Pauntley Court

Historic, romantic, and genuinely unlike anywhere else on our list. Pauntley Court is the birthplace of Dick Whittington (1352, since you ask) and has been turning heads ever since. A stunning Norman Church, formal gardens, breathtaking views of the lake and the River Leadon Valley - this is the kind of venue that needs absolutely no filter.

We've teamed up with the brilliant Melissa to offer a variety of tipi setups across the estate - lakeside, waterside, or wherever takes your breath away most. Perfect for intimate weddings of up to 40 guests or larger tipi receptions for up to 150.

Located in Gloucestershire, right on the Worcestershire and Herefordshire borders - and well worth the drive from wherever you are.

Broadfeild Court

A historic venue, stunning gardens, elegant interiors and a rose garden so pretty it's practically showing off. Broadfield Court is one of those places that feels special the moment you arrive - and with Helen, John, Francis and Alex at the helm, you're in brilliant hands from start to finish.

For larger weddings, we set up on the lawn and create something truly gorgeous. Guests can spill out into the gardens, challenge each other to croquet, and wander through the rose garden while we take care of everything else. The Broadfield bar is included as standard, or we can serve drinks directly from your tipi - whatever works best for your day.

This is a proper partnership built around giving you something completely unique. And it shows.

Redbank Barns

Hidden away in 4 acres of tranquil private grassland in Herefordshire, Redbank is exactly the kind of place you stumble across and immediately start planning your wedding in your head. A stunning rustic barn, beautiful outdoor space, and that rare combination of charm and practicality - licensed for ceremonies, with power and toilets already sorted.
